My husband and I started our tattoo journey 2 years ago at the mature age of 63. I'd wanted a tattoo for 30+ years. Husband couldn't get one due to his military career. We found H&H on one of our trips to Orlando. Literally day 1, the shop greated us so openly and warmly. If they noticed, no one reacted to our "age" or "virginity" they all were so nice, excited and helpful. Neither of us knew what we wanted, but talking to a few artists, we came up with a game plan. We scheduled our appointments later that week. The day came and again everyone was so kind, encouraging, helpful. Each area is sterile, nothing is opened until the artist and you are ready to start. When breaks are needed, you are covered to ensure no exposure. The artist and shop go over aftercare and strongly encourage contacting them if anything is off while healing. We go to the "parks" a couple times a year and H&H has become a part of each trip. We both have several tattoos now. The second we walk through the door, everyone remembers and greets us warmly. Commenting on how great our work is. They are family. I would not get work done anywhere else.
