Born just barely not in Chicago, Mat's been tattooing since the tender year of 2006—though if you ask him, he's probably just recovering lost tattoo skills from a past life (with help from a kind but questionably qualified wizard). His style lives somewhere between tough and funny, classic and unexpected. Mat is well-versed in "both" styles of tattooing and is actively exploring the possibility of a third.
