Your clients are yours.

Not ours, not another shop's. Here is exactly what that means, in plain terms.

We never market to your clients.

We do not sell your clients anything, and we never put another shop or artist in front of them. No studios in their area, no artists they might like, nothing that competes with you. Ever.

So you know exactly what does reach them, here is the whole list: confirmations and reminders for their appointment with you, aftercare check-ins while it heals, a review invite from you, and now and then a note that the work you did for them is saved in their own collection. Every one of those points back at you. The optional ones they can switch off themselves.

We never advertise other shops to your clients.

A client you send to your page sees your artists, your hours, your work, and a way to request an appointment. No directory of your competitors sits in the corner of your own page. The only other shops that can appear there are ones you deliberately connected with yourself, and you can disconnect at any time.

We never sell or share their data.

We do not sell client data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. There is no data business here. Shops pay us, which is the whole reason we do not have to make money off the people who walk through your door.

Clients you bring with you stay quiet until you say otherwise.

When you add clients you already have, nothing is sent to them. Anyone new is added marked as no-email and stays that way until you deliberately change it. Importing your book does not fire a single message at anyone.

You can take them with you.

Export your client list whenever you want, names, emails and phone numbers, straight out of your dashboard. You are not renting your own contacts back from us, and nothing about leaving is designed to be hard. If you want your data removed rather than exported, ask us and we will do it.

Why we put this in writing.

A shop owner told us our site looked like somewhere that would mine her clients' data. She had no way to check, so she left. That is a fair thing to assume about software you did not choose, and the only honest answer is to say plainly what we do and let you hold us to it.

If you have a question this page does not answer, ask us and we will answer it straight.
