Villain Artsis excited to host a bigger & better show this year.The 18th Baltimore Tattoo Arts Festivalis for industry professionals and tattoo lovers as well. The general public is welcome.
Come get tattooed by the world’s best tattoo artists, including the top local, national, & international artists. Tattoo TV stars will be on hand to tattoo the public!
In addition, there will be numerous vendors with everything from industrial supplies to clothing, artwork, & jewelry. There are daily tattoo competitions for you to show off your tattoos.
