The Sandy Utah Tattoo Expo hosted by Black Web Ink Touring will be held at the Mountain America Expo Center withabout 120 boothsfilled with tattoo artists, piercers, vendors, and on the spot live tattooing by almost 100 of some of the top artists from around the country!
We have amazing performances all weekend by Doctor Finnegan’s Circus, Reggie Bugmuncher, doing live acts, performances!!!
