LLTC began its life as Whole Addiction Tattoo & Piercing in 2001. It was rebuilt from the ground up in 2014 as Timeless Craft Tattoo. It evolved again in 2024 as The Levi & Lili Tattoo Company. It has re-spawned in 2025 at a new address but maintains the same high standards of excellence it’s become known for under any name.
